Type of Work Performed

T.J. Properties and its general contracting sister company, WDC Construction, were organized for the purpose of purchasing and rehabilitating abandoned and uninhabitable houses, primarily in the West Philadelphia area. Since 1992, this team has completed and placed in service over 225 units of home ownership and rental housing including over 200 low-income units.

To date, the team has developed, constructed and managed eleven low-income tax credit limited partnerships in Philadelphia and has acquired over 225 units. Projects completed include single-family homes, duplexes, and triplex townhouses.
