CLOSING PROJECT – Belmont Affordable Housing VI

Our most recent project, Belmont Affordable Housing VI will involve substantial rehabilitation and new construction activities on fourteen properties, creating 40 affordable housing rental units in the Belmont neighborhood of West Philadelphia.

The 79,000 square-foot development will build on previous investments made by the developer in the Belmont community. The new project will include scattered-site row home style buildings containing:

• 1 two-bedroom unit
• 7 three-bedroom units
• 28 four-bedroom units
• 4 five-bedroom units
